Yes – Each our String Thing Toys are hand crated in our own home. We make our smooth Hardwood handles in two lengths to provide you are your cats a variety of reach and comfort. Our wood locally sourced to ensure we hand select the best quality supplies for your cats’ toys.

We use Natural 100% Cotton Our ropes which are soft and durable, biodegradable, environmentally friendly and Odor-free. Our ropes are made up with 4 twisted strands for strong flexibility making them an excellent choice ideal for your cat’s toys.

The safety and wellbeing of your cat is our top priority. Our toys are handmade using carefully selected materials and are designed for interactive play between you and your cat.

As with all cat toys, we recommend supervising play and regularly checking the toy for signs of wear or damage. If any part becomes loose or damaged, discontinue use and replace the toy. Every cat plays differently, so no toy is indestructible, but with proper supervision and routine inspection, our toys can provide many enjoyable play sessions.

Yes – We offer a choice of rope lengths to suit your cat's size, age, and play style. Our standard lengths are 110cm, 130cm, and 150cm, but because every toy is handmade, we're happy to create custom lengths to meet your cat's individual needs. Simply let us know your preferred length when ordering, and we'll make it especially for you.

As each Marley Paws UK toy is lovingly handmade, we ask customers to allow 2–3 working days for us to make and dispatch their order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and your chosen shipping service, but we'll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you've ordered a custom length (110cm, 130cm, 150cm or any bespoke length), these may take 3-5 working days but we'll keep you updated if any additional time is needed.
