Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.

Returns

We want you and your cat to be delighted with your purchase. However, If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at info@marleypaws.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.

As our products are intended for pets, we cannot accept returns of used items for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.

If your item is unused, unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
